SUSAN ROSE
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Susan Rose is a Principle and portfolio manager at Rockwood Private Equity. She is responsible for Rockwood’s ESG and Impact Initiatives and has been involved in various aspects of portfolio management since joining in 2014. Susan has been instrumental in engaging with and reporting to local and International Fund investors on ESG performance and developments. This has included Tsebo, Safripol, Kwikspace, Bravo and more recently Global Roofing solutions. She has led and contributed to various Social and Ethics committees at Rockwood and at the portfolio companies and is responsible for evaluating and reviewing new deal opportunities with a specific focus on ESG and development impact.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Science, Finance Honours degree from the University of Cape Town, a CFA UK level 4 Certification in ESG Investing and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
