Our Sleep Division
From the time these famous brands were first introduced, South Africans have been sleeping a lot better at night.
The Bravo Sleep Division is home to four of South Africa’s leading and best loved brands – Sealy, Slumberland, Edblo and King Koil. Mention mattresses and these are the names that most people will recall. Built in four factories employing approximately 1,100 people, they cater to a wide cross-section of our society and are steadily making their mark in a growing number of African countries.
Our Lounge Division
We sit on them. We lounge on them. We entertain on them, and sometimes we even sleep on them! It’s no surprise that when it comes to lounge furniture, South Africans become extremely attached to the brands they trust.
Our famous lounge brands include Alpine, La-Z-Boy, Grafton Everest, and Gommagomma. Bravo Lounge Division manufactures 45,000 pieces of furniture a month out of our three world-class factories in Cape Town, Durban, and Isithebe (Durban area). We employ approximately 2,300 people and our products are distributed nationally and to several countries in Africa. Through careful brand positioning we cater to a wide range of consumer.
Our Flooring Division
The gentle under-foot comfort and texture of a thick quality carpet or rug is the ultimate finishing touch.
Our locally crafted flooring brand, Nouwens is all you need to make any space feel like home. It’s premium quality has been maintained by consistently applying meticulous attention to crafting standards and selecting only the finest 100% Pure New Wool, to achieve a superior edge in a variety of applications that fulfill both domestic and commercial requirements.
Whilst demand has driven the production of greater volumes since Nouwens first rolled into South African homes 60 years ago, the high standards inherent in its fine local craft have been conscientiously maintained for trusted comfort.
