Malcolm McDonald, Chief Executive Officer of Bravo Brands, started his tenure within the group over 27 years ago – holding various senior financial, operational and executive roles. Drawing from his deep industry experience, Malcolm is dedicated to elevating the strength of the much-loved brands under the Bravo Brands roof to enable its people, customers, brands, shareholders and communities to prosper. As a passionate business leader, with a proven track record, most recently as the Managing Director of the Bravo Brands Sleep Division, Malcolm will ensure that relationships remain his core focus as he leads Bravo into the future.

Malcolm is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants, and the Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Manchester.
